This Program will focus on punching/kicking power, speed, strategy, and movement coordination. Training consists of jump rope, bag work, latter drills, and punching/kick drills. This program is designed to develop masterful technique, increase speed, and maximize power, all while on the move.
The best way to avoid being hit is to simply not be in the same place. Therefore, we teach the use of angles while striking. This allows you to evade an opponent’s strikes, and trains you to maximize the element of surprise by keeping your opponent in a constant guessing game as they attempt to figure out where you’re going to be and where your next strike is coming from.
